What could you go 3 days without? It seems like it could be difficult to go three days without a phone, a cup of coffee, or perhaps Wi-Fi. However, for me at least, meat and animal products are not something that I would dearly miss for 3 days. 3 Day Vegan proved that to be true. By the end of the book I felt super motivated. This book didn’t just motivate me to change my eating habits. It also inspired me to find inspiration in my food and look at my diet from a more holistic perspective. The photos of food featured throughout the book really captured the beauty of eating and the pages with quotes added whimsy and encouragement along the journey. The great thing about the 3 Day Vegan philosophy is that it is attainable. You get to be in control of when you eat vegan and how strict you want to follow the guidelines of vegan eating. From my perspective, there seems to be very few reasons to not make the part-time vegan switch. This book was a fun, informative, and beautiful look into the benefits of removing animal products from your diet for a few days out of the week.

SUCH A FUN BOOK WITH EXCITING PHOTOS

This book was a really fun to read because of the bright colors and fun photos. It is obvious that a lot of care went into the photography in this book. The tips and tricks for casual veganism are easy to follow and I didn’t don’t feel overwhelmed. This book really showed me that you don’t need to overhaul your whole life to make lasting changes to your lifestyle.

Good and simple plan for self-motivators!

“3 Day Vegan” was a really cool glimpse into the possibilities of the part-time vegan lifestyle. This book provides readers with the tools they need to successfully change a little portion of their week to make big (but gradual) changes for themselves and the world. These days it seems as if the simplicity of the plant-based diet is often overshadowed by flashy, overcomplicated diets promising to make big changes in record time. I love how this book really takes the time to engage readers in the simplicity and holistic nature of the vegan lifestyle. Overall, this book provides some great insight into the benefits of being a non-committal vegan.

This is book is great if you want to eat more vegetables or wanting to go vegan. So many options she gives you and lets you focus on what you really are putting into your body. She makes it easy for you if you want to transition to vegan. Always giving you options and substitutions, never telling you, you have to go vegan. She wants you to try it for 3 days or however you feel comfortable. If you want 1 day, then do it she says. Through this book, you can tell that she really does care for everyone's well being.
Colorful pages and amazing tips. I love this book and i highly recommend it.

I LOVE THIS BOOK! This book is a must-read for anyone looking to upgrade their eating habits and add a little color to their life. Finding "3 Day Vegan" has allowed me to get more comfortable with the vegan lifestyle. This guidebook has helped me stick to my 2020 goals and learn more about myself (and cooking!). I would highly recommend "3 Day Vegan" to anyone who wants to make a positive, enriching, and long-lasting lifestyle improvement!

Help dipping that first toe into vegan waters

Raised in a meat & potatoes household, eating any veggies at all felt weird. But after the health benefits of reducing or cutting out meat became known, the next challenge was actually coming up with dinner. "3 Day Vegan" provides a great entrée into this unfamiliar world, guiding but never pushing the reader faster than they care to go. Beautifully photographed as well.

This book provided me with a quick and easy read that really made me think about how I eat! The nice photography and inspirational quotes made it a joy to read! I would recommend this book to anyone looking to experiment with the vegan lifestyle.
