What could you go 3 days without? It seems like it could be difficult to go three days without a phone, a cup of coffee, or perhaps Wi-Fi. However, for me at least, meat and animal products are not something that I would dearly miss for 3 days. 3 Day Vegan proved that to be true. By the end of the book I felt super motivated. This book didn’t just motivate me to change my eating habits. It also inspired me to find inspiration in my food and look at my diet from a more holistic perspective. The photos of food featured throughout the book really captured the beauty of eating and the pages with quotes added whimsy and encouragement along the journey. The great thing about the 3 Day Vegan philosophy is that it is attainable. You get to be in control of when you eat vegan and how strict you want to follow the guidelines of vegan eating. From my perspective, there seems to be very few reasons to not make the part-time vegan switch. This book was a fun, informative, and beautiful look into the benefits of removing animal products from your diet for a few days out of the week.
